B&S Group successfully delivered bespoke low-voltage electrical distribution solutions for the Tesco Logistics Park at Panattoni Park Aylesford — a major logistics and distribution facility commissioned by Waltermiles & Winvic and delivered for Tesco.
The purpose-built facility spans approximately 621,000 sq ft, incorporating chilled, freezer, and logistics operations designed to support Tesco’s supply chain efficiency, electrification strategy, and long-term sustainability objectives. The development achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification and an EPC ‘A’ rating.
